I was able to zip up my pre-twin pregnancy jeans. I ran 16 minutes without stopping during one of my intervals.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Stay off the scale!!! last week I was so close to hitting one-derland so stepped on the scale way too much this past week. It affects you when you see how much your weight can fluctuate during the week.

Stay off the scale!! Hopefully don’t gain during Easter and visiting with my sister. We are most likely going out to eat on Saturday so my plan to to still enjoy myself but pick the healthiest option to stay on track!!
