I make little snack boxes that have hummus, carrots, bell pepper, grapes, cheese, and crackers. They have been so good lately. Also from Costco they have pumpkin seed that are lightly salted. They are so good and have a good amount of protein.

Cottage cheese (good culture reduced fat) and a sola bagel sprinkle a little bit of cayenne pepper and garlic salt.. very balanced, high in protein, healthy fats, and fiber.
