But i think that's the first time where i realize how i can lose weight with consistency. I'm just eating with a calorie deficit and my only workout is to lift all the children at work to change their diaper. When i come home after work, i just want to cuddle with my cats...
I cant believe how relaxed my diet is this time and i'm so grateful to be a part of this group ❤
