- First week down and feeling focused! Fran and I are twinning, I also worked out Friday & Saturday and rested on Sunday. I try and weigh myself on Mondays to help me stay on track over the weekends. Did some cooking yesterday to make my life easier this week. Today’s lunch is shredded crockpot chicken with “roasted” celery aka more crockpot! Celery that’s been cooked with a pot roast is my absolute fav so, trying to re create it to give me a variety of veggies!
