Non-scale victory of the week!

Restarted keto on January 3rd period period I achieved ketosis wit's ketosis within 4 days but I went over on my carbs on the 7th day and went out of ketosis according to my reading today. I was at point 4 today and I had been at point 6.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm waiting on literature on how to properly do keto. It seems I keep coming up with the bad advice from the Internet.

Walking with only one dog at a time so I can keep moving rather than untangling laces. Now that the weather is nice, comma meaning above 0, I can get back to walking outside.

Flak of progress with old age and cravings. Also strange blood sugar anomalies although I am not diabetic.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

This week I am starting the first 10 days of the diabetes freedom program. The first 10 days are comprised of specific drinks and vegetables. It is a combination used to get your insulin straightened out. So my goal for this week is to strictly adhere to the "10 days of super drinks" plan.
