Non-scale victory of the week!

this week I gave myself a break, for Valentine’s Day and just in general so that I can get it out of my system to refocus and dial it back in this coming week and going forward. I just need a breather from my rules so I can deal with temptations better going forward and I’m giving myself permission so I won’t feel guilty

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could’ve stuck to my diet but I made the decision to take a few days off. I weighed out of my transformer and it was Valentine’s Day so it’s “break week”. I know I have a lot of water weight, atm plus I’ve already had my breakfast coffee before I did this progress weigh in so I assume I was actually 2lbs lighter a couple hours ago. nonetheless it’s crazy how easy the scale goes up with a few days of crappy diet. I will remind myself that I’ve learned even just a few days of a crappy diet definitely changes how I feel physically, and mentally for that matter. I feel a lot better when I’m eating healthier and i certainly have more energy. these random days of crappy diet just helps reinforce my “why”.. not to just lose extra weight but to be HEALTHY and feel better! back to the grind after Hibachi this weekend
