05/18/2014 9:36PMWell, I go to the gym for 45 minutes every morning before work to do treadmill or elliptical, and then another 30-45 minutes after work. According to Fitbit, I rack up 60-75 "active" minutes a day, run 5 miles. And I work. And I have classes with Kandy three times a week. Surely you can do it for 30 minutes once a day!! Don't want to lose that entry fee!! Want a good figure for the cruise!
