Non-scale victory of the week!

Exercising a ton! Did a bunch of hooks and also did a pool.bootcamp!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eaten less carbs! I'm doing that now (the last two days of the week) but I wish I had figured it out sooner.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Creating an Instagram account to be able to better journal my weight loss journey. Resisting those stupid cookies all day today. Not ordering ALL THE THINGS for dinner tonight even though I am starving and stressed and overwhelmed.
