Non-scale victory of the week!

Actually my biggest victory is managing to even lose weight. I've been super sick lately and been super hungry all the time, so I thought for sure that I'd gain.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It would have been nice to have exercised more, but that's just wishful thinking. I feel I did my best under the circumstances.

No goals actually. I just want to feel better. I'll make goals once that happens.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I can speedwalk home (about 1 mile) without being super winded and do it in under 13 minutes which was my mile time back in high school 10 years ago.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I snacked... a lot. But, no more fruit snacks will be coming into my house until I can get myself back under control.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Better food choices and less snacking. I'd be perfectly happy with just that, but a cherry on top would be to start a workout.

I did a TON of walking this week (or at least it feels like it).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did a TON of over snacking at the end of the day and not enough water. I was bloaty and felt yucky.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Stop with the snacking at night, unless I do a closing shift at work, and keep in mind what I do eat.

I didn't have any sugary drinks.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I let myself go with the eating because family was visiting and I didn't even think about my goals.

Get myself back to where I was and re-evaluate how I should handle myself when I'm with others. They won't be thinking about my weight loss goals, so I should at the very least.

Have been eating only healthy stuff at least 90% of the time and didn't feel bad when I didn't.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly, nothing. I did what I said i would.

Longer exercise for those 1-2 days or bump it up to 3 days. Oh, and keep eating healthy!

Only had one bad night of binging even though I had some really bad days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Even though it's tough, I should have chosen healthier food to binge on instead of ice cream and peanut butter... like celery with the pb or have fruit with some ice cream.

Now that I feel I have my diet mostly under control, I plan to start incorporating some exercise each week. Maybe start off with 1-2 times a week with a nice walk.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Eating right. I love eating, so it's hard for me to choose healthier options most of the time. But I've made that my focus this dietbet instead of exercising, so hopefully I can succeed this time.
