Non-scale victory of the week!
Actually my biggest victory is managing to even lose weight. I've been super sick lately and been super hungry all the time, so I thought for sure that I'd gain.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
It would have been nice to have exercised more, but that's just wishful thinking. I feel I did my best under the circumstances.
