"Howdy Loz! Thank you Sunshine. Look at this app called "Stronglifts 5X5". It has 2 workouts A and B where you alternate days. Each workout consist of 3 exercises and you only do 5 reps of 5 sets! Short sweet yet effective. With the squats start with the bar only b/c it alone weighs 45 lbs (you can do that by changing your weight settings per exercise) Every day the weight will increase by 5lbs on all of them except the Deadlift it increases by 10lbs increments. Start out with low weight and most importantly watch your form. start doing you some free weights like hammer grip, bicep curls, lateral extension, there is an app I use called JEFIT that shows you any workout based on the body part that you want to work! GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN WITH IT!!!
