Aww, I think that was my first 'gift' from anyone! TY =) Your profile says you gained weight while training for your first half marathon? I'm not a runner, never have been. Want to be tho and I'm almost done with week 6 on C25K. Why did you gain weight..... extra carbs for training? Just curious because I wanted to start running 1 - to calm me down when I'm upset 2 - I assumed it would be a good way to burn calories on a regular basis. Won't keep doing it if it's gonna hinder weight loss, lol.
