Aww, I think that was my first 'gift' from anyone! TY =) Your profile says you gained weight while training for your first half marathon? I'm not a runner, never have been. Want to be tho and I'm almost done with week 6 on C25K. Why did you gain weight..... extra carbs for training? Just curious because I wanted to start running 1 - to calm me down when I'm upset 2 - I assumed it would be a good way to burn calories on a regular basis. Won't keep doing it if it's gonna hinder weight loss, lol.

Awesome! ty =) I'll copy and paste that article tonight and read it. I don't see anything more than a 5K here or there in my future but so far I love it. My first 20 min run was last Friday and it felt amazing! And I agree with you, running has to be the cheapest form of therapy!! Or when hubby ticks me off I can just run off my anger, LOL.
