Non-scale victory of the week!
I am able to walk from the swimming pool at the YMCA to my car without stopping. I wasn’t able to do that when I started exercising.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I really need to control my eating. I did so well the first few days with eating small portions and eating clean. Not so well by the end of the week. I have to try harder here.
