Eating. Stop buying bags of chocolate. If I want it I buy “1”. Because I will eat ONE BAG.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Making meals for family. I get to do all the cooking, deciding, shopping, etc. So they should eat what I eat. Right? But sometimes, most times, it’s easier to fix and eat the higher calorie, fast fix food. Or even worse, go out and buy fast food, ugh. If I could control the last two feet (from the table to my mouth) I would be great! TREATS, chocolate, ice cream, cake, if it’s around, I will eat it. I know how I choose to not make good choices. It’s time to choose better! Be better! I’m worth it!
