I look 6 months preg instead of 9 lol

Nothing. I had influenza A the past week. Hell on earth. Barely ate and barely moved

None! My period showed up 2 days early and im.bloated so I missed my goal :(

My jeans have been falling down and not due to fat. My underwear dont roll off anymore. Thank goodness.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stuck to less carbs. I ate pizza but for the first time in my life only had 2 pieces so I am getting better with portion control.

Actually exercise. Get out my stationary bike and get to it. My entire fam (save one kid) had been sick for 2 weeks! So busy doing other things like cleaning just havent had time to exercise. Must change that.

Learning to drink more water to curb hunger

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Less carbs the beginning of the week. I really bloated up due to that, salt, and PMS. I almost didn't make my goal because of it!

Water, resist the munches PMS brings. Move my body more now that the polar vortex is done.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I cheated a lot but since I stayed at a goal of 1200 calories when I did cheat I'd still be at 1450 or so max.. I also had my first period in 40 days!!! My weight and the pcos messed up my body so bad. I've been eating whole foods about 70% of the time. Weekends are still very hard for me. I stalled a bit last week so this week I'd like to lose at least 2 lbs so I can stay under the goal weight cor this leg of the dietbet.

Not strayed as much.

Was able to do almost a full weeks meal prep for all meals & snacks. Feeling accomplished.

Could have gotten more steps for sure.
