What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
well, I work graveyard. I tend to eat to stay awake and there’s always bad food there. It’s bad junk food. Bad bad bad. So I think I should take the next four weeks off and not go to work so I’m not tempted. OK well that’s not possible. Just thought it sounded good. I like to eat. I like food that will be challenging. It seems like I’m hungry all the time and I am eating whatever I’d like, hence why I need to be on this diet, but I’m still hungry it seems.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Not to eat bad things and to start exercising, but I’m restricted healthwise. The picture below is me when I was skinny three years ago. I’m guessing maybe four.
