I’m not sure what I could have done better but I expected a bigger loss - still stoked to lose some but I felt I had a very good week and am surprised not to lose more

In tve past week i managed to stick to every goal, for food and exercise! I went for 2 runs, stuck to my food goals, and saw a big loss on the scales! Feeling motivated!

first Christmas ever where I didn’t go overboard on food or drink! And straight back to it when St Steven’s day had passed and our guests had gone! quite proud of that

I’m doing the right things with food and sleep but somehow my weight isn’t going down the way it feels like it should. Being on an antibiotic and not exercising at all are potentially the issues but it still feels disheartening! I’m hoping my next 4 weeks are successful and I’m genuinely going to be giving it my all
