So happy I won!!! I thought I for sure lost and I kind of “gave up” on winning but this morning decided to try my luck and the scale said 168.8
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Hmm. Maybe eat and live better on shabbos? Be in bed earlier although I was most days....drink more tea? I did great though I workout most days with Jillian and that’s not easy
