Non-scale victory of the week!

So happy I won!!! I thought I for sure lost and I kind of “gave up” on winning but this morning decided to try my luck and the scale said 168.8

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Hmm. Maybe eat and live better on shabbos? Be in bed earlier although I was most days....drink more tea? I did great though I workout most days with Jillian and that’s not easy

Hmm...keep drinking and working out but also take time to live and spend time with myself and family. Maybe buy myself a new outfit

Non-scale victory of the week!

I love the military diet I’m doing great I was 170 this morning ! The biggest thing for me I would say is go to sleep straight after school☺️ life is good!
