I did great on my last DietBet, but let myself go since then. I have tipped the scales at just under 200 pounds--my heaviest ever. My ass is HUGE! I'm getting married in April 2016, and I would ideally like to lose 50 pounds by the wedding

I'm finding the Lose It app very helpful. It shows me my progress and keeps track of everything I eat. Good luck!

Congrats! I'm so happy for you! I used to never go on the scale, but during this challenge I've been weighing myself ever couple of days, and its discouraging. I'm planning to continue to loose weight and live healthy and I think I'll stay off the scale for a while then.

Old injuries stink! I fell off the bandwagon too, but it was a mental slip up. I have myself one cheat day on vacation... which turned into two... then three. Now I'm right back where I started. And I have NO injuries or excuses. So you're doing great!

I discovered Jillian Michaels DVDs and YouTube videos. She does a great Yoga class and a great beginner kick boxing class. I've been doing them in the morning and at night as penance.

Good luck!!

Emily

I have some injuries too, and haven't even had time to go to physical therapy. But I've been stretching and fake-yoga-izing while watching TV, and trying to walk as much as I can without hurting myself more. I'm also drinking tons of tea--because I like it, but it also seems to help keep things going. Let's not get more hurt! I hope your injuries settle down asap.
