I've experienced that also. I'm reading Chris Powell's book about Carb Cycling. Going to try a few things new to me. Not sure if I'm ready to commit to Powell's version yet - but I've got some ideas.

Thanks All.. Nice to know I am not alone.. :) I really want to eat clean. I will have to look into Carb Cyclying.. I really want to cut out processed foods.. I do mostly.. but than I will go and eat some of my kids left overs or want that piece of cake. .. than that cake's whole family.. just eat them all. UGH! I am better if I don't have the first bite. If I have one, its like a Pringles Slogan.. I just can't stop at one.
