Great advice! I really identify with you. I tend to overly stress spiking my cortisol...i turn to sweets when I don't get enough veggies and/or food when I'm dehydrated. I never drink enough water and I didn't notice until I started counting how much I was taking in. I found that I should avoid corn, wheat, and tomato for my blood type, and I put on weight easily because it's in all my meals! Gonna get these things straightened out! thank you x
