I know we are in different bets at the moment but wanted to say YOU CAN DO THIS! Sometimes we have to fight for what we want, but it is worth the effort - not sure how this bet is going, but I do know that you are worth the effort and together we can reach our goals!

Thanks for your comment on my cheerboard - I needed that today! I've been on plan during this whole bet but the weight is being stubborn! Today I decided to make a large crock pot of soup out of various veggies from my garden, chicken breast, and some homemade chicken stock (defatted). I added several spices and plan on eating this for the next couple of days to see if that will help. It is low sodium, full of fiber and lean protein - I'm hoping it will get things moving!
