The yogurt idea is great! I do the same thing with stocking my frozen fruit in the freezer. :) I made a smoothie this morning and my daughter didn't want any so I froze that. We will see how that works tomorrow. I figured that way at least I tried to save it...

That's quite a challenge--and one that my daughter shares. I look forward to. Hearing how it works for you--maybe she will try it too.

I am so happy for you that you discovered smoothies! I can recommend one green smoothie that is pretty delicious and definitely masks the greens. I combine 2 cups of coconut milk (I use Califia Farms or So Delicious brands typically), 1-2 cups of spinach, 1 cup of frozen pineapple and 1 frozen banana and stevia to taste for added sweetness). I buy the fruit fresh (you can buy cored pineapple fresh and then freeze it in 1 cup baggies). I let my bananas ripen, then peel them and freeze them in baggies - they don't turn brown at all in the freezer. You can also throw ground flax or chia seeds in there for some extra nutrition. Another favorite is with almond milk, and frozen blueberries and the banana and spinach (a little cinnamon sometimes). Good luck!
