Hi Christi, I have been following Chris's classic carb cycle this week and love it. Sounds like you have a great mind set and I am sure you will meet your 4% goal. I'd love to be able to get up before work and workout but I love sleeping more till the last minute, lol...if you come up with any good stradegy let me know.
