Whoops.............see the player has now posted a 188 lb increase!! LOL.

This morning the one player had lost over 188 lbs at the start. Expect a data entry slip. That was at turn of midnight - I'm about 8 hrs ahead of the game in the UK. Did wonder but then decided the 4% is my own battle. If not corrected the verifiers will flag it up for review. Good luck with your own target. Great to see you continuing the game. All the best.

Thanks for your encouragement....just what I need now:) I have enjoyed the easy bit this week as I hadn't been dieting before the start of the game - you know how the first few pounds fall off easily. Now comes the grotty slow stuff!! Just hope I can keep motivated as this is the danger time for me when I have gone off the rails in the past!! Hope it's different this time!!
