My husband told me I needed a belt because my pants were falling down!

I didn’t totally stay on my diet while we were traveling even though I still lost weight, I could have done better.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Consistency. I’ll do well for a while but when I start slipping, it becomes a slippery slope that is difficult to get away from. One of the things I’m working on is sticking to a healthy routine that will allow me less slip ups.

This week is really like to nail down my routine. I’ve been toying with it here and there the last few weeks but I’m starting a new job which is going to make the routine extra critical to my success.
