Non-scale victory of the week!

Clothes are fitting a little better. I didn’t go overboard with drinking even one night this week! And I got the shirt!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Diet is still an opportunity. I’m doing smaller portions- I picked salmon at lunch today- but I could definitely find improvements there.
