OK. Apparently I haven't been as bad as I thought and I must be learning something right because I just weighed myself and I'm down, like, FOUR POUNDS since my last weigh-in and I haven't even been trying! Jeeze, now imagine if I had actually tracked my calories and made a conscious effort to eat healthy and exercise. I feel I was kind of given a free pass to not track and I know it's not going to last, so here I am, Monday morning, planning to resume my tracking of my nutrition AND exercise.
