Non-scale victory of the week!

I wanted to have some fudge, but I spent over $200 on dietbet challenges and I was able to ask myself -- "Is this worth $200?" And I chose not to eat it!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Just started yesterday, and that went well, but the days leading up to it were full of very bad food choices. I know it's not good to purposefully load up on bad things before starting a diet, but maybe it will be enough to tide me over until the cravings subside.
