Non-scale victory of the week!
Reducing my rice intake by eating a lot of super greens and drinking water to fill me up. I should get a gold star for getting my son to eat more greens too.

Continue ti reduce my carb and soda intake again and drink more water. Need to also keep more healthy snacks on hand.
