Non-scale victory of the week!

Time for another challenge after spending a week on vacation cocktails and ice cream etc we’re enjoyable but it’s time to get back on track!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I guess I am happy that I didn’t gain while I was on vacation I did a lot of walking at Disney Works but the food options weren’t that healthy

I should have stayed away from the Margaritas

it wasn’t easy but I stepped away from ice cream, donuts and even fries and chips!

I need to get on my home equipment more often when the weather is so cold outside!

I managed to have a really good day yesterday with lots of walking and drinking water it helped work off the weight I gained when I was traveling last week

I should have packed some healthier snacks for traveling
