Non-scale victory of the week!
Small scale victory: I am eating a lot more vegetables. Last night I was tempted to go off the rails but I packed my food and I eat what I planned
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I have been following the to be mindset for several months now I’m finding that I am losing the diet mentality although it’s always there and I’m starting to realize that I need to drink a lot more water I need to always have veggies first I love doing the scale every day now it’s just all part of learning how my body needs to be filled

Goals: My major goal for this week is to really experience the emotions I’m feeling and not eat the emotions I’m feeling. It’s to feel when I get anxious and not eat when I get anxious
