Non-scale victory of the week!

So my non scale victory that I'm losing inches faster than I'm losing pounds which is okay because at least my clothes are fitting better I'm going to have to have a new wardrobe soon yay me..

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stuck to the diet stop leaning on emotional eating stop feeling like I'm a failure and that I can't do this

Do you eat less carbs try to incorporate more exercise not to be so hard on myself if I fall off the wagon just a little bit start liking myself I'm doing this I'm getting up every day so I at least have to give myself a chance cuz if I don't like myself then nobody else is going to like me either

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have stayed away from sodas for 5 days straight..

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercised a lil more..maybe prep a lil better.. And not give into my soda cravings

Prep most of my meals.. Stick to a exercise routine for me.. And no soda at all for this week

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started drinking water and no soda starting today also eliminated cream and white sugar from my coffee

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have tried to exercise but i could barely walk with having the flu over the holidays.
