This my secret Kathy. When you loose weight you must think in terms of mindset and lifestyle change. If you don't change the way you think, you will never loose weight and keep it off. For example, when you want to eat more than usual, you have to answer the question to your self looking in the mirror, have I " earned the right to eat more food"? The answer is based upon your weight and how much exercise you have done or will do presently. I hope this helps everyone.
