Non-scale victory of the week!

I was proud of myself when we went out for dinner with friends. I shared a meal with my husband and ordered steamed veggies as my side!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had to go back to work after Christmas break and finding time to exercise was a challenge. My goal was to work out 5 times a week but only worked out 3 times
