Non-scale victory of the week!

Cut back on chocolate! I also went for a few long walks just to move more.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I got scared that the scale was up again. I seem to give myself permission to snack when I’m a few pounds less. I’d like to maintain a more comfortable weight....5-8 lbs less than I am.
