Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been maintaining between a 3 lb range. So that makes me happy i didn’t regain all the weight I initially lost.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to just start from scratch. Drink my water. Eat my veggies. Track track track!!

I’m proud of myself bc even though the scale hasn’t moved I’ve kept going. I’m not skipping workouts and I’m always choosing lots of veggies.

my biggest issue is ALWAYS water. I can eat healthy most of the time no problem bc I love it but I have trouble drinking water.

battling with my thyroid levels makes nutrition hard bc my body responds differently every day it seems.
