Hi Nisa! Keep up the good work. This is my first diet bet, and I'm forcing myself on the treadmill, instead of taking a nap or veg'ing in front of the TV. I've until the beginning of November to lose 7LBS. It will be the hardest 7lbs I've ever had to lose.

Nisa, we look like were starting at the same time! ...so lets cheer each other on. Boy, I get to be for once accountable to what I put in my mouth, and make $$$ at the same time. I'm so excited about doing this. I've never done this before.
