My last diet bet finished a week and a half ago, so I definitely splurged a bunch before this one started. But I didn’t gain a ton, just a little-so yay!

Not give in to dumb treats. If I’m going to have a treat, it better be awesome!

I prepped healthy treats, like a blueberry Greek yogurt smoothie, instead of eating the chocolate and candy and sugar cereal that is here in the house.

I’m doing a whole food cleanse and I prepped a bunch of food for the week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I hike 4 miles 3 times a week, but I’d like to get 10,000 steps in every day-so I could’ve gone on walks on my weight lifting days .
