Non-scale victory of the week!

finally being able to slowly start back to my regular workouts since I’m almost completely healed. Taking a cycling class this week and feeling amazing after!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could’ve kept a little bit more consistent with my nutrition especially with not being able to exercise earlier in the week
