Successful fasting = LOADS of energy! Cleaned and reorganized my room (that has been NEEDED for a long time), spent a lot of time with my adult kids, started a bullet journal, feeling so great.

Keto for the next week, at least. Maybe a full 30-60 days if that works without making me mental. It's not a long term thing for me, but it does seem to help me 'reset' and get away from sugar cravings and stop obsessing about food!
