  • I know when I make up my mind I can do it. For some reason I am wavering which is frustrating to me. I know what to do - for two years I had success with Ilana’s mindset. I love these DietBets for accountability and inspiration for myself. Here are some photos(a dinner and a breakfast) of foods and settings (my garden in Kenya) that make me feel good.
