Ha nothing.. Period started today..

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

ok so I'm spotting about to start my period. I've been very busy getting the house ready to do foster parenting. My diet has been horrible cause holidays and to busy to make food. Have not exercised in over a week. The next to months are going to be crazy busy. I need to stay on my meals and exercise.
