Hi!! I’m Meaghan and just starting the 2B program today. I have always worked out doing various Bodi workouts and have gained muscle but also carrying some extra unwanted belly weight I can’t seam to get off on my own like I used to. I’m so motivated to get rid of these extra pounds. What are some of your go to favorites for dinner?!?!

I’m new to the program too-not a huge veggie lover, but I tell ya-ROASTING veggies is the way to go! A little avocado oil and some good seasonings makes all the difference!! These are my favorites!
