Non-scale victory of the week!
After a miserable week last week, I can't believe I made it. I ended up with some sort of food poisoning, flu thing, back ache dot-dot. I even had to cancel book club. with all the crackers and carbs that I was putting down to stop the nausea I didn't think I would lose enough weight.. thrilled to make it just under the wire.
