This is in reply to your post. I have a polar watch and a heart rate monitor band that logs my calories with each workout with the time and a target heart rate zone specifically for your height weight and age. I use the app MyFitnessPal if I don't have my band on doing something like shoveling or mowing. Hope that helps! Also, it tracks ANY food you eat. So simple! Good luck!
