For food, I drink Shakeology every morning! It helps keep me full until lunch (something a normal breakfast has never done for me) and helps keep my cravings down.
Meal prepping helps me a lot too to eat healthily.
For workouts, I haven't started anything specific at the moment, but I coach basketball so I have practice every day and then do some stuff on the side. In the past I have done Insanity though and got GREAT results!
I am also in a few accountability groups on Facebook. I am actually going to be starting a 30 day accountability group on FB in 10ish days.
