Not a good week. I need to change some things at work and home.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Snacking at work from skittles to popcorn. Exercise was pitiful. Need to exercise 45 minutes a day Watch sodium Plant based this week. SF for Weight Watcher Sleep was good Tv..too much
