totally screwed up the last MONTH! ATE WHAT I WANTED WHEN I WANTED. TOTAL STRESS BINGE EATING MONTH.

stress relief! stop giving into temptation. have backups ready and apple is better than apple pie. a s/f popsicle is better than ice cream drumsticks, etc

sticking to plan. get rid of the clutter covering up that plan. SLEEP. DRINK WATER NOT MORE DIET ANYTHING INCLUDING SF VANILLA ICE COFFEE FROM MCDS.
