Non-scale victory of the week!

The scales are not loving me and I’m retaining fluid with courtesy to that time of month. Walked 10km, which took me about 2 hours as well as 30 minutes on the exercise bike. Knees thanked me for the small break I had from walking.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’ve stepped up the exercise and it’s intensity. My diet is clean. I’ve done all that i could… the weeks that follow will thank me with a great fat whoosh, I just don’t know if it’ll be in time for weigh in, but I’ll do my very best and keep my hopes high.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Walked 10km but took 2 hours to do so. A good start in tackling this plateau. Diet is still good, but aiming to walk 2 hours a day, and seeing if I can pick up the pace in the coming weeks.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m content… just need to break this plateau or water retention barrier!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Monthly has started which explains why the weight went up. That’s ok, as long as hit the pavement for at least an hour for the next two days, I should be ok. I cannot rely upon the scales this week although I’m very grateful that it is not weigh in week!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m comfortably in size 14 clothes and looking forward to hitting size 12 asap!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More exercise perhaps? I have noticed a cold sore pop ip, so i know that my body is stressed, so i have to work on cortisol, and drink some extra chamomile tea! Diet habits are good and I feel good, so to get those scales moving down, I’m thinking more cardio and weights? Other than that, IF window will be stepped up to 20:4, which is a much better window for me.
