Walk/run for 15 minutes 3 days a week 5x5 strong lifts 2 days per week Eat under 1700 calories per day, shoot for 1300.

Had lost more weight than this but ended up gaining some back because started drinking soda again.

Great, did a lot of homecooking instead of fast food.

Horrible. I ate junk and felt awful. But still lost some, so not too horrible.

Not drank soda or had pizza at two meals.
